The HSY-8926A Lubricating Oil Insolubles Tester (Centrifugal Method) is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T8926-2012 "Test Method for Insolubles in In-Service Lubricating Oils." It is suitable for determining n-pentane insolubles and total insolubles in in-service lubricating oils using the centrifugal method.

1. Utilizes a 32-bit microprocessor as the main control core, with a new generation graphical intelligent operating system.

2. 5-inch high-definition LCD touchscreen displays rotor number, speed, time, temperature, centrifugal force, acceleration/deceleration rate, etc.

3. Fast heating speed, uniform temperature distribution, with temperature control and constant temperature functions.

4. Centrifuge tubes are manufactured using special processes, ensuring glass centrifuge tubes do not break during operation.

5. Equipped with a direct-axis motor spindle for better thermal stability.

6. Automatic electric induction door lock with emergency unlocking function reduces operator workload; features automatic protection against overspeed, overtemperature, and imbalance.
