Product Description: NIKO Niko Bellows Globe Valve uses automatic roll welding to create a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring a zero-leakage stem design. The valve features an internal bellows structure, with the lower end of the stainless steel bellows welded to the stem via a stainless steel gasket to prevent process fluid from corroding the stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and bonnet to form a static seal. With a dual sealing design, if the bellows fail, the stem packing will prevent leakage. The bellows are welded to the stem to maintain stable operating performance and avoid stem vibration caused by disc vibration. Standard features include double-layer bellows design, heat-dissipating bonnet design, lubricant storage device design, circlip-fixed stem nut design, rational product structure, reliable sealing performance, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The sealing surface is overlaid with Co-based hard alloy, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent anti-friction performance, and long service life. The stem undergoes quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, providing good corrosion and friction resistance. The stem's lifting position indicator offers intuitive operation. Material selection for parts, flange, and butt-weld dimensions can be reasonably configured based on actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
