Oil absorbent cotton is made from oleophilic ultra-fine fiber non-woven fabric, free from chemical agents, and is an environmentally friendly new material that does not cause secondary pollution. It can quickly absorb oil stains, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, vegetable oils, and other liquids dozens of times its own weight. The manufacturing process of polypropylene (PP) absorbent cotton involves first obtaining melt-blown polypropylene non-woven fabric, which is then made into various forms of absorbent sheets, absorbent pillows, absorbent strips, absorbent ropes, and oil absorbent booms.

Product Features

1. The product is available in standard, embossed, and roll types.

2. Specification PP-I refers to absorption of medium to low viscosity heavy oil, while PP-II refers to absorption of high viscosity heavy oil.

3. Rapid oil absorption with high capacity, does not shed fibers. Suitable for large-area deployment.

4. Made from ultra-fine fibers, it has super strong absorption capacity.

5. Absorbs oil only, not water; floats on water during and after absorption, and can be reused multiple times.

6. Efficiently absorbs 15 to 20 times its own weight. The oil absorption capacity of this type is ≥180L/B. For oil absorbent felt, it is ≥300L/B and ≥600L/B.
