ZGS-6 High-Pressure Coal Seam Water Injection Meter-  

The ZGS-6 High-Pressure Coal Seam Water Injection Meter is an essential supporting device for implementing coal seam water injection dust control measures. The outer casing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, while the interior uses copper alloy, offering high pressure resistance and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely suitable for various water quality conditions in coal mines. A check valve is installed at the outlet end of the high-pressure water meter, effectively preventing backflow of drilling water during injection stoppage, which could carry coal particles and other impurities into the meter and cause damage. The ZGS-6 Coal Seam Water Injection Meter is a multi-jet concave impeller velocity type dry water meter with magnetic steel transmission. It features high pressure resistance, excellent sealing performance, simple structure, and direct digital reading. It can simultaneously display the injected water volume and water injection pressure, making it compatible with water injection systems of different pressures and flow rates. The ZGS-6 High-Pressure Water Meter mainly consists of a water volume digital display counting mechanism, a drive mechanism, and a pressure gauge. Water entering the high-pressure water meter drives the impeller to rotate as it passes through the impeller assembly. The magnetic transmission device configured within then drives the water volume digital display counting mechanism to record the amount of water flowing through the meter.
