Process Features

1. Equipped with reinforced high-temperature motor and powerful multi-blade fan wheel.

2. Features over-temperature alarm with automatic heating power cutoff protection (cuts off heating power when over-temperature occurs).

3. Includes control circuit short-circuit and overload protection, phase protection, and leakage protection. Has manual and automatic timing conversion device, adjustable timing from 0-999 minutes, and constant temperature timing function.

4. Uses high-temperature resistant stainless steel finned dry-burn heating tubes (made with imported resistance wire and high-temperature quartz sand), installed on both sides inside the oven.

Structural Features

1. Inner chamber made of 2.0mm stainless steel plate, outer shell formed from 1.2mm thick A3 steel plate. Insulated with rock wool between outer shell and inner chamber, insulation thickness: 120mm.

2. Entire unit coated with high-temperature electrostatic spray, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Uses RKC70 temperature controller with LED digital display setting, PID automatic calculation correction, paired with 0.6 core thermocouple and contactor output, ensuring high temperature accuracy, stable operation, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

3. Utilizes heat reflection and thermal conduction principles, with designed air preheating duct, achieving over 20% energy savings.

4. Unique air duct and heating design enables faster hot air circulation, better drying effect, and effective energy conservation.

5. Features automatic constant temperature, automatic exhaust, over-temperature timed alarm power cutoff, and leakage protection.

6. Oven door designed for excellent sealing, low surface temperature, wear resistance, deformation resistance, and long service life.

7. Precise temperature control, excellent insulation performance, and uniform drying of materials.
