Working Principle:

Before introducing the working mechanism, let's first look at the scale formation process: at room temperature, calcium carbonate salts dissolve in water as positive and negative ions. When heated, changes occur. In heat exchange equipment, water continuously evaporates, and the concentration of insoluble salts in the water continuously increases. According to crystallization principles, when the concentration of solutes in water exceeds their solubility, if there are factors inducing nucleation (such as solid particles in the water or the pipe wall), crystals can precipitate. The microscopic mechanism of magnetic treatment involves the action of a magnetic field on substances, causing the molecular planes of diamagnetic substances to align perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field. This alignment changes the molecular structure of the substance. As is well known, the main component of scale is CaCO3, and the temporary hardness salts in water are mainly Ca(HCO3)2.

Water molecules are strongly polar molecules. A water molecule is an isosceles triangle, and its diamagnetism is anisotropic. Magnetic treatment can change the structure of water molecules from tetrahedral to a planar arrangement along the flow direction.
