Electric Explosion-Proof Ball Valve Product Overview
Our company's electric explosion-proof ball valve consists of an angular stroke explosion-proof electric actuator and a ball valve sphere. It is composed of an electronic angular stroke electric actuator model 3610R or HQ series and a ball valve regulating mechanism. The electric explosion-proof ball valve features a simple structure, rapid switching, high flow capacity, zero leakage, and is suitable for applications involving high viscosity, fibrous, and solid particle fluids. The explosion-proof electric ball valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, light industry, and other industrial automation fields for cutting off or allowing the flow of media in gas and liquid transport pipelines. The actuator adopts an integrated design; it can directly perform switch adjustment with a 220V power input, or it can have a built-in servo module to control operation with an input control signal (4～20mA DC or 1～5V DC) and single-phase power supply. The electric explosion-proof ball valve has an explosion-proof rating of ExdⅡBT4, a protection rating of IP67, and can be equipped with an on-site control device. The main features of the explosion-proof electric ball valve are: when not powered, manual operation can be performed by pulling the clutch handle. When powered, the clutch automatically resets. Flow direction can be arbitrary, with a wide adjustable range, suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications, and capable of controlling high-viscosity media with fibers and fine particles.
