Electric Explosion-Proof Ball Valve Product Overview

Our company's electric explosion-proof ball valve consists of an angular stroke explosion-proof electric actuator and a ball valve sphere. It is composed of an electronic angular stroke electric actuator model 3610R or HQ series and a ball valve regulating mechanism. The electric explosion-proof ball valve features a simple structure, quick switching, large flow capacity, and zero leakage, making it suitable for applications involving high viscosity, fibrous, and solid particle fluids. The explosion-proof electric ball valve is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, light industry, and other industrial automation fields to cut off or regulate the flow of media in gas and liquid transportation pipelines. The actuator adopts an integrated design, allowing direct on/off adjustment with a 220V power input. It can also be equipped with a built-in servo module, enabling operation with a control signal (4–20mA DC or 1–5V DC) and single-phase power supply. The electric explosion-proof ball valve has an explosion-proof rating of ExdⅡBT4, a protection rating of IP67, and can be equipped with on-site control devices. Key features of the explosion-proof electric ball valve include: manual operation via the clutch handle when not powered, automatic clutch reset when powered, bidirectional flow capability, wide adjustable range, suitability for high-pressure and large-diameter applications, and effective control of high-viscosity media containing fibers and fine particles.
