After the wheel rotary bending fatigue test, the obvious detection criteria are increased displacement and decreased force during the experiment. At this point, the wheel undergoes significant qualitative changes under local stress during operation, leading to local fractures or increased deformation. Wheel damage gradually spreads from weak points.

The loading force is consistently output and maintained by the loading mechanism, ensuring that the test wheel completes the fatigue test under a constant bending moment.

After the test is completed, spraying a special surface spray on the hub surface can perfectly reveal cracks in the wheel during operation. These are the criteria for evaluating the test wheel after the experiment.
