Method of Producing Producer Gas: Coal is burned in a generator, and the air at the furnace bottom is restricted to prevent complete combustion, resulting in a large amount of carbon monoxide, which is producer gas. This method causes the gas discharged from the furnace to mainly consist of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen.

Method of Producing Water Gas: Coal is ignited in a furnace, and sufficient air is blown in from the bottom to allow vigorous combustion. Then, the fan is stopped, and steam is injected sequentially from the bottom and top of the furnace. The steam reacts with the hot coal to produce large amounts of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, which mix with nitrogen from the air and residual steam to form water gas.

Method of Producing Coke Oven Gas: Raw coal is crushed and washed, then mixed in specific proportions and loaded into a coke oven. It is heated in the absence of air, and high temperatures cause the coal to decompose, producing gas and coal tar.

8) Employs specialized gas-liquid separation technology to effectively separate condensates from samples.

9) Uses automatic liquid drainage technology, enabling the system to self-clean and reuse.

10) The sampling process, sampling system, sample transfer lines, various connectors (parts in contact with the sample gas), and extraction pumps are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene, or specially treated anti-corrosion materials, enhancing the system's corrosion resistance and ensuring long service life.
