Production Line Function Introduction:

       Cosmetic Raw Material Extraction Line: Main equipment includes a multi-functional extraction system, disc separation system, high-temperature membrane filtration system, polymer membrane concentration system, vacuum concentration system, drying system, and supporting process storage tanks and purified water system for production. Designed for the extraction of cosmetic raw materials or other crude extracts from medicinal and edible plant sources, capable of producing high-purity extract liquids as well as powders.

       Bio-fermentation Line: Main equipment includes fermentation tanks with supporting temperature control systems, disc separation system, high-temperature membrane filtration system, polymer membrane separation system, polymer membrane concentration system, vacuum concentration system, drying system, and supporting process storage tanks and purified water system for production. Designed for material fermentation, solid reduction and clarification, purification and concentration, and drying to obtain target fermentation products.
