Curcumin Purification and Refining Concentration Equipment Curcumin is a natural pigment extracted from turmeric, characterized by strong coloring power, bright color, and high thermal stability. It can be widely used as a coloring agent in foods such as pastries, candies, beverages, ice cream, and colored wines. It is considered one of the most valuable natural edible pigments for development and is also recognized by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the safest natural pigments for use. Additionally, curcumin has preservative and health benefits and is widely used in industries such as medicine, textile dyeing, and animal feed. 

      During the extraction process of curcumin, impurities such as residual proteins, cellulose, and colloids from turmeric are also extracted. If directly adsorbed by resin, these impurities can severely reduce the resin's lifespan. Failure to remove these impurities will result in poor product quality. Therefore, it is crucial to remove impurities from the pigment at the extraction stage. Traditional methods like plate and frame filtration or cartridge filtration, due to their low precision, cannot completely eliminate impurities from the pigment.
