Fermentation broth generally has a large volume, low target component content, and contains a large amount of impurities such as mycelium. Traditional filtration methods such as centrifugation, diatomaceous earth, and plate and frame filtration have limited precision and cannot effectively remove impurities like foreign proteins, mycelium, and inorganic ions from the liquid. The presence of these substances affects product quality and may even contaminate the material.

      Jiahe Filtration, based on the characteristics of fermentation broth and combined with the features of membrane separation technology, has developed a system for purifying and concentrating fermentation broth using membrane separation. This system utilizes membrane technology for filtration, purification, and concentration of fermentation broth at room or low temperatures, significantly improving product yield and quality.

Advantages of the Fermentation Broth Membrane Separation and Concentration System:

    1) Molecular-level filtration effectively removes impurities such as foreign proteins and mycelium from the fermentation broth; nanofiltration effectively removes small inorganic ions and salts;
