Domestically produced reaction-sintered silicon carbide desulfurization and dust removal nozzles are gradually replacing imported products, offering excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, resistance to severe corrosion, intense abrasion, and high temperatures, with an extended service life under harsh conditions. Double Hollow Cone Tangential Nozzle Silicon carbide nozzles are a new type of ceramic material characterized by high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high strength, tolerance to extreme thermal cycling, excellent thermal shock resistance, minimal high-temperature deformation, good thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Used in power plant desulfurization, silicon carbide nozzles help remove sulfur dioxide and other pollutants from flue gas. Both coal-fired power plants and integrated gasification combined cycle systems share the common task of desulfurization and denitrification (as well as dust removal). Untreated flue gas emitted from power plants directly pollutes the atmosphere, while untreated gas in combined cycles can damage the hot-end components of gas turbines, and their exhaust also contaminates the environment. Components made from silicon carbide are increasingly used in power generation, papermaking, petroleum, chemical industries, mechanical seals, water pumps, surface treatment, heat exchange, mineral processing, aerospace, and other fields.
