Requirements for pre-treatment process:

1. Product input: Place the object to be coated onto the fixture to start work

2. Electrostatic dust removal: Remove oil and dust brought during injection molding

3. Preheating: Provide some temperature to the object for better coloring

4. Primer spraying: Cover the plastic's original color, apply base color spraying according to production requirements

5. Drying: Achieve semi-dry state through the temperature in the tunnel's IR zone, preparing for the next spraying process

6. Surface spraying: Spray the required color

7. Leveling and drying: Level and dry through the tunnel

8. UV spraying and curing: Use UV365nm light matched with UV coating to achieve instant curing with the required irradiation dose (800~1200mj)

9. Shipment and inspection packaging. The coating production line process is divided into: pre-treatment, powder coating, and heat curing.
