KS-6675DToy Comprehensive Combustion Tester is developed and produced by Jinsen in accordance with the test requirements of GB6675-2014 "Toy Safety Part 3: Flammability Performance", EN71-2 2003, ISO6941, and BS5438. The equipment is suitable for flammability testing of textiles, plush fabrics, headwear toys (such as beards, wigs, etc. made of hair, fur, or similar materials; molded and fabric-faced toys; headscarves; headwear accessories; flowing attachments on headwear toys, but excluding paper decorative hats typically provided in gift boxes), toy costumes, toys worn by children during performances, toys that children can enter, and soft-filled toys with plush or textile surfaces (such as animals and dolls).

KS-6675D Toy Comprehensive Combustion Tester features an outer casing made of 304 cold-rolled painted stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance. The instrument part can be configured with domestic or imported meters according to customer requirements. This device is equipped with an observation window with tempered glass for easy monitoring during tests.

Test Principle

Place the finished sample or material sample in the corresponding fixture of this instrument, apply a flame as specified by the standard for a certain duration, and measure relevant data (such as burning time and burning rate) to evaluate its combustion performance.
