Wet Process Phosphoric Acid Desulfurization Settling Agent HQ-TSCJJ

Hemihydrate and dihydrate wet process crude phosphoric acid contain a significant amount of SO₄^2-. Typically, slurry is added to the wet process phosphoric acid and reacted at 50~60^oC for a period of time, allowing SO₄^2- to form chemical precipitates such as CaSO₄·0.5H₂O and CaSO₄·H₂O, thereby removing SO₄^2- from the raw phosphoric acid. Due to the high viscosity of wet process phosphoric acid and the extremely fine particle size of the formed precipitates, natural sedimentation is very slow. If 0.1%~0.5% of the desulfurization settling agent HQ-TSCJJ is added during the desulfurization process, it can significantly accelerate the sedimentation rate, allowing the subsequent solid-liquid separation process to proceed smoothly.
