I. Purpose

Used for automatic classification, detection, and analysis of various grain quality control inspections, such as moldy sunflower seeds, moldy wheat, and other grains with obvious color differences after mold formation.

II. Main Technical Specifications

1. Equipped with a color scanner offering an optical resolution of 2400×4800, featuring image adjustment and observation capabilities.

2. Can automatically measure grain sizes ranging from 0.5 to 20 mm (maximum thickness: 15 mm). Analysis and detection speed: 50 to 10,000 grains per minute.

3. Grain counting error ≤ ±1%. Allows manual adjustment by adding/deleting with mouse selection or direct on-screen manual classification and counting, achieving 100% accuracy.

4. Features automatic color matching based on the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) 2015 color chart, enabling automatic identification and classification analysis by distinguishing normal grains from abnormal ones based on color, texture, and shape differences.

5. Includes self-learning and classification capabilities for grain color and shape, supporting automatic learning and classification of up to 20 categories.

6. Automatically measures grain shape parameters: length, width, length-to-width ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc., as well as their mean values and variances.

7. Supports batch file opening for analysis. Analysis data can automatically generate summary reports and export to Excel. Analysis image results can be saved, including output charts based on width, length, area, etc.
