Product Description

Refined rice bran wax is a type of vegetable wax. Natural rice bran oil contains approximately 3% rice bran wax, which is further refined through processes such as de-oiling, degumming, impurity removal, and decolorization to obtain high-purity rice bran wax.

Refined rice bran wax shares certain similarities in properties and applications with other natural waxes such as carnauba wax, candelilla wax, and beeswax.

Applications

① Used as an excipient in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals;
② Applied in the preservation of fruits and vegetables, food packaging, and as an excipient in chewing gum and other confectioneries;
③ Utilized in shoe polish, floor wax, and polishing waxes for automobiles, leather, instruments, and furniture;
④ Serves as a raw material for printing materials, inks, pigments, carbon paper, glossy paper, photo paper, etc.;

⑤ Substitutes or partially replaces industrial waxes with poorer safety profiles, such as paraffin wax, montan wax, and polyethylene wax;

⑥ Substitutes or partially replaces natural waxes with lower yields and higher prices, such as carnauba wax, beeswax, and candelilla wax.
