The KXR94 is a high-performance, ultra-low noise, 3-axis accelerometer that offers multiplexed analog or SPI digital communication, integrated 4-channel multiplexer, and factory-programmable low-pass filter. The KXR94 has a g-range from ±1g to ±4g and operates within a DC voltage range of 2.5V to 5.25V, both parameters being factory-programmable. It comes in a 5 x 5 x 1.2 mm, 14-pin DFN package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
