[Product Introduction]

HA-F90 Fixing Agent is a highly effective reactive cationic fixing agent, suitable for fixing reactive dyes.

[Performance and Features]

1. This product is a formaldehyde-free fixing agent.
2. HA-F90 is a high-performance product with significantly lower dosage compared to conventional fixing agents.
3. Even at low dosages, it significantly improves the wash fastness and perspiration fastness of dyed fabrics.
4. It has very low color change tendency and does not adversely affect light, perspiration, or seawater fastness.
5. It does not affect fabric absorbency or hand feel.
6. Excellent fixing effect for domestic reactive dyes; after treatment, color fastness generally reaches Grade 3.5–4 or higher.

[Application]

Dosage depends on dye type (category and color), dye concentration, fiber material, and desired fastness of the dyed fabric.
General dosage:     Exhaustion Method         Padding Method
Light shades             0.5~1%         5~10g/L
Medium shades             1~2%           10~15g/L
Dark shades             2~3%           15~25g/L
1. Exhaustion Method: For fabrics or yarns
Dilute the fixing agent with 2–3 times water at room temperature, add to the liquor tank, circulate into the dye bath within 5–10 minutes, raise temperature to 40–60°C and treat for 10–20 minutes. After fixing, rinse and dry.
2. Padding Method: Treat dyed material by padding at 20–40°C.

[Packaging and Storage]

50Kg plastic drum. Store and transport as general chemical. Keep in a dry, ventilated place. Shelf life: 2 years.

[Precautions]

1. Before fixing, the dyed material must be thoroughly soaped, hot washed, and cold washed to remove unfixed dye as much as possible. After fixing, rinse once with cold water.
2. Do not assume that unlimited increase of fixing agent dosage will absolutely improve fixing effect; excessive dosage may lead to adverse results.
3. When handling the concentrated product, wear goggles and gloves. If it splashes into eyes or on skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
