The stainless steel oil-water separation filter is a pressure filtration device. The raw liquid flows into the filter bag installed inside the screen through the inlet, under pressure, the qualified product permeates through the filter bag and is discharged from the outlet, entering the next process, while impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The entire process is simple, and replacing the filter bag is convenient, with almost no material consumption.

▽ Features of the Sterilizing Filter

◆ The sterilizing filter adopts a cross-suspended design with horizontal inlet and outlet. Multi-core filters can be designed as floor-standing models.

◆ Airflow Direction: From outside to inside through the filter element.

◆ The compressed air entering the sterilizing filter must pass through at least three stages of precision filters and a dryer. Remove oil, water, and dust; oil mist concentration should be ≤0.01PPM, otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the sterilizing filter element and the expected sterilization effect.

◆ Regular sterilization, based on actual usage, once or twice a week or month, 30 minutes each time, using clean saturated steam with a filtration accuracy of 1μm. Steam temperature <140°C, steam pressure <0.3MPa, 30 minutes/session. After 50 steam sterilization cycles or when the filter element pressure difference reaches 0.07~1.0MPa, replace with a new sterilizing filter element.
