HY-9072 Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Release Agent

    Introduction:This product is a water-based release agent, classified as an environmentally friendly product. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, diluted with alcohol solvents, and does not produce harmful fumes. It exhibits lubricity, oil solubility, wear resistance, defoaming properties, anti-adhesion, printability, isolation, and high-temperature resistance, and can be used directly. Through high-temperature film formation and lubrication, it ensures high whiteness of the cast surface after demolding, without yellowing or blackening, while effectively inhibiting carbon buildup on molds and extending their service life.

Usage Instructions

1. Dilution ratio
Dilute at 1:100 (concentrate:water), mix well before use. Using deionized water can improve anti-carbon buildup, anti-corrosion, and surface finish. Users should choose between tap water and deionized water based on practical results.
2. Spraying process
Mold temperature control: Preheat the mold to 150-200°C before spraying to ensure uniform film formation of the release agent;
Spraying equipment: Use an atomizing spray gun (pressure 0.3-0.5MPa), spray evenly from a distance of 20-30cm from the mold surface;
Spraying amount: Spray for 1-2 seconds per cycle to form a uniform transparent film layer.
3. Operation process
Mold cleaning → Preheating → Spraying release agent → Injecting molten metal → Cooling and demolding → Mold maintenance.
