FEPA Wear-Resistant Powder White Fused Alumina 2000# Export Grade Alumina
White fused alumina is produced from high-purity, low-sodium aluminum oxide powder that is melted at high temperatures in an electric arc furnace to form alumina. Electromelted alumina exhibits excellent toughness and high wear resistance, maintaining high compressive and bending strength even at elevated temperatures. As a result, it is commonly used in industrial applications as a wear-resistant raw material added to coatings, ceramics, resins, and composite materials to enhance their toughness and wear resistance.
FEPA White aluminum oxide 2000# is made from aluminum oxide powder with high purity and low sodium content, which is melted at high temperature in an electric arc furnace to produce alumina. Electromelted alumina has good toughness and high wear resistance, and even at high temperatures, it has high compressive and bending strength. Therefore, in industry, it is often added as wear-resistant raw materials to coatings, ceramics, resins, and composite materials to increase their toughness and wear resistance.
