Light-Absorbing Heating Masterbatch

Product Introduction

This product is a drawing-grade light-absorbing heating masterbatch, which can be spun into heating fibers and fabrics. Under light exposure, the surface temperature of the resulting light-absorbing heating fabric is significantly higher than that of ordinary fabrics. The light-absorbing molecules in the masterbatch absorb external infrared rays, and intensified molecular vibrations lead to a temperature increase, thereby converting light energy into thermal energy. It is mainly used in winter coats, thermal underwear, and other applications, utilizing nanotechnology to combat cold weather.

Usage Instructions

Recommended addition ratio: 1.5%~3% (by weight), blended with ordinary drawing-grade PET polyester chips for spinning. Various base materials, such as PET, PP, PA, PA6, etc., can be provided according to customer requirements.
