The principle of a constant temperature and humidity chamber involves the integration of a refrigerant cycle system, an air circulation system, an electrical control system, temperature and humidity sensors, a control system, a refrigeration system, and a humidification system. These systems work in coordination to precisely control the ambient temperature and humidity. Its working process is roughly as follows:
Refrigeration system. This system typically uses compressor refrigeration, where the refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat in the evaporator, removing heat from the environment to lower the temperature.
Humidification system. This system usually employs ultrasonic humidification or electrode-type humidification, increasing ambient humidity by spraying water mist or steam into the environment. Dehumidification system. This system achieves dehumidification by lowering the temperature; air is cooled below the dew point temperature as it passes through the evaporator, causing moisture in the air to condense and thus achieving dehumidification.
Control system. This system is the core, responsible for comprehensively controlling the operational states of refrigeration, heating, humidification, and dehumidification to achieve constant temperature and humidity. Air circulation system. This system generally consists of a centrifugal fan and an electric motor that drives its operation, providing air circulation within the test chamber. Additionally, the constant temperature and humidity chamber also features functions such as purification and ventilation.
