1. During the measurement process, the temperature of the measured medium is tracked throughout, with density compensation to ensure measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in medium temperature.

3. Direct mass measurement of the medium, measurement unit: kilograms. It can be directly loaded into drums on the vehicle, eliminating the need for cumbersome processes such as taring, weighing, loading, and unloading of packaging drums.

4. When filling a tank truck, simply input the required number of kilograms to be filled - press start, and the pump will automatically stop and the corresponding pipeline will be sealed upon reaching the target quantity.

5. The control instrument's 0-9 numeric keypad allows for arbitrary quantification of the required filling amount per drum, with a quantitative range of 1-99999999 kilograms.

6. Uses pump pressure to transport the medium, enabling rapid filling. Taking a DN40 caliber as an example: 200 kilograms/drum, 60 drums/hour; DN50: 100-120 drums/hour.

5. Pipeline materials include cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel for selection. The measurement part can achieve overall explosion-proofing.

7. The built-in miniature Epson wheel printer can automatically print after each batch of filling: single drum weight, number of filled drums, total weight, filling date, and time. (Explosion-proof control instruments do not include a printer)

8. Print and view daily accumulations and total accumulations.

9. The instrument has a pause function; after pausing, restarting allows continuation of oil delivery from the measurement value before the pause.

10. The combined filling gun is equipped with a pressure-controlled check valve that automatically opens when the pump starts and automatically closes after the pump stops, ensuring the pipeline remains full at all times.

11. High-precision flow meter ensures measurement accuracy is better than 0.2%, with actual drum filling usage around 0.1%.

12. Saves manpower; only 2 people are needed at most to complete the filling process. When using remote start, only one person is needed to complete the filling process.

Operation process: Taking 200 kilograms/drum and needing to fill 20 drums as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200→Quantify→20→Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump after reaching200 kilograms)

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty drum and press start again...... until 20 drums are filled.
