1. During the measurement process, the temperature of the measured medium is tracked throughout, with density compensation to ensure measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in medium temperature.

2. Wide temperature tracking range (-20-160°C).

3. Direct mass measurement of the medium, unit: kilograms. Can be directly loaded into barrels on the vehicle, eliminating the need for cumbersome steps such as taring, weighing, loading, and unloading of packaging barrels.

4. When filling a tank truck, simply input the required number of kilograms to fill - press start, and the pump will automatically stop and the corresponding pipeline will be sealed upon reaching the target quantity.

5. The control instrument's 0-9 numeric keypad allows for arbitrary quantitative setting of the filling amount per barrel, with a quantitative range of 1-99999999 kilograms.

6. Uses pump pressure to convey the medium, enabling rapid filling. Taking a DN40 caliber as an example: 200 kg/barrel, 60 barrels/hour; DN50: 100-120 barrels/hour.

5. Pipeline materials include cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel for selection. The measurement part can achieve overall explosion-proofing.

7. Built-in miniature Epson wheel printer can automatically print after each batch filling: single barrel weight, number of barrels filled, total weight, filling date and time. (Explosion-proof control instruments do not include a printer)

8. Print and view daily cumulative and total cumulative data.

9. The instrument has a pause function; after pausing, restarting can continue oil dispensing from the measurement value before the pause.

10. The combined filling gun is equipped with a pressure-controlled check valve that automatically opens when the pump starts and closes after the pump stops, ensuring the pipeline remains full at all times.

11. High-precision flow meter ensures measurement accuracy is better than 0.2%, with actual barrel filling accuracy around 0.1%.

12. Saves manpower; only 2 people are needed to complete the filling, and when using remote start, only one person is required to complete the filling process.

Operation process: Taking 200 kg/barrel, needing to fill 20 barrels as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the barrel.

2. Keyboard operation: 200→Quantitative→20→Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump after reaching200 kg)

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty barrel and press start again...... until 20 barrels are filled.
