The cement additive bulk drum filling equipment utilizes the high accuracy of electronic flow measurement. The electronic flow signal sensor is connected to our company's flow control instrument via a data cable. During the measurement process, the pressure signal from the electronic scale is continuously transmitted to the control instrument. When the preset quantitative flow is reached, the control instrument stops the pump and closes the pneumatic valve. This model's measurement accuracy is not affected by factors such as density, temperature, pressure, or bubbles. It is easy to operate, time-saving, labor-saving, simple to install, and convenient to use and maintain.

It is mainly suitable for quantitative drum filling, quantitative truck loading, workshop measurement, and reactor feeding of various liquid products such as chemical additives, ammonia water, tert-butanol, plasticizers, solvent oil, edible oil, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, intermediates, gasoline and diesel, formaldehyde, etc. The system adopts advanced temperature tracking and density compensation measurement methods to ensure that measurement errors caused by temperature changes during the liquid filling process are always controlled within 0.2%. The system is low-cost, stable in performance, and the filling process is fast and simple.
