The control instrument initially inputs the standard density of the liquid at 20℃, then synchronously converts the flow signal and temperature signal through a conversion coefficient to calculate the mass in kilograms of the liquid. When the preset quantitative delivery amount is reached, it automatically controls the pump to stop and the valve to close, achieving quantitative mass metering with an accuracy of 0.2%. The instrument can also print out the number of kilograms of liquid delivered this time.

The system is equipped with multiple calibers and is widely used in metering links such as tanker filling, finished product storage in production workshops, and raw material entry into production workshops. The system's medium temperature is divided into normal temperature (0~60℃) and high temperature (60~200℃). Calculated based on the specific gravity of water, a -DN40 caliber metering system can fill approximately 200Kg per minute when the pump's flow rate reaches 12M3/h, greatly saving time, manpower, material resources, and barrel loss, with very precise metering. The system's metering accuracy is better than 0.2%.
