The YBZH series outdoor explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous vibration motor (referred to as explosion-proof vibration motor) operates on a principle similar to that of general-purpose vibration motors, utilizing high-speed rotation of eccentric blocks at both ends to generate vibration force as a vibration source. This series of explosion-proof vibration motors features rational design, compact structure, high excitation efficiency, energy savings, long service life, reliable operation, and convenient installation and debugging. They can serve as vibration sources in explosion-proof environments for vibrating hoppers, vibrating screens, circular vibrating screens, vibrating feeders, and vibrating conveyors. Their explosion-proof performance complies with GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres—Flameproof Enclosure 'd'."
The explosion-proof marking is ExdⅡBT4, suitable for use in locations where explosive mixtures of Class Ⅱ, Groups A and B, T1 to T4 combustible gases or vapors are formed with air.
