I. Product Performance

HEDP solid is a high-purity product suitable for extremely cold winter regions; it is particularly applicable as a cleaning agent in the electronics industry and as an additive in daily chemicals. HEDP is miscible with water, remains stable under high pH conditions, and is low in toxicity and environmentally safe. It provides excellent scale inhibition below 200°C, decomposes easily above 250°C, and is resistant to acids and alkalis. It can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, aluminum, and zinc, and can dissolve oxides on metal surfaces.

III. Applications

HEDP is widely used in industrial circulating cooling water systems in power, chemical, metallurgical, and fertilizer industries, as well as for scale and corrosion inhibition in medium and low-pressure boilers, oilfield water injection, and oil pipelines. In the light and textile industries, it can serve as a cleaning agent for metals and non-metals, a stabilizer for peroxides and a color fixative in dyeing, a complexing agent in cyanide-free electroplating, and a carrier for radioactive elements in the pharmaceutical industry.

IV. Packaging and Storage

HEDP solid is packaged in plastic woven bags with an inner polyethylene liner, each bag net weight 25kg. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area, protect from moisture, with a shelf life of twelve months.
