HT-0100 Reverse Osmosis Membrane Antiscalant

I. Performance and Applications

HT-0100 Reverse Osmosis Antiscalant is a high-efficiency scale inhibitor suitable for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. It prevents membrane surface scaling, improves water production and quality, and reduces operating costs.

Features of HT-0100 Reverse Osmosis Antiscalant:

(1) Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range; LSI allowable value can reach 2.8 without acid addition;

(2) Does not form insoluble substances by coagulating with iron and aluminum oxides or silicon compounds;

(3) Particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal pollutants; allowable iron concentration on the feed side can reach 8.0 mg/L;

(4) Effectively inhibits silica polymerization and deposition; SiO2 concentration on the concentrate side can reach 290 mg/L;

(5) Applicable to reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes;

(6) Excellent solubility and stability;

(7) Effective within a feed water pH range of 5-10.

III. Usage Method

The dosing amount of HT-0100 Reverse Osmosis Antiscalant is determined based on a comprehensive water quality analysis report and the conditions of the reverse osmosis system. The general dosing amount is 3-5 mg/L. Within the recommended dosage range, it can control most types of scaling, including calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, iron hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, and silica.

IV. Packaging and Storage

HT-0100 Reverse Osmosis Antiscalant is packaged in plastic barrels, 25 kg per barrel or as required by the customer. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area with a shelf life of two years.

V. Safety and Protection

HT-0100 Reverse Osmosis Antiscalant is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation; avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
