Product Introduction

1. The device consists of I-shaped aluminum alloy guide rails, end anti-derailment devices,轉(zhuǎn)向器, connecting fittings, fall arresters, and fixing fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a design lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.

2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the guide rail is installed.

3. The device features a built-in guide rail structure, providing dustproof, anti-fouling, and easy de-icing capabilities; it is simple and lightweight, with each meter of guide rail weighing no more than 1.3kg, a surface roughness not exceeding 6.3, and a cross-sectional structural deviation of less than 0.5mm.

4. The device can carry a total mass of 100kg, including the operator and carried items. When a tower climber wearing a safety harness with a緩沖包 falls, the impact force on the person is below 6kN, and the device shows no structural damage.

5. The guide rail can withstand a static load of 15kN without any structural damage.
    
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6kg), with a design service life of 5 years. It allows one-way locking when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved guide rails, and enables bidirectional free sliding on horizontal guide rails. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and resumes normal operation after unlocking.

7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15kN and an impact load of no less than 100kg. When using the fall arrester, the falling distance is short (not exceeding 1.0m), the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1m, and it provides inertia-free locking.

8. Installing or removing the fall arrester on the guide rail requires two manual operations. The配合間隙 between the guide rail and the fall arrester is tight (not exceeding 2mm), and the fall arrester surface has a clear usage (arrow) direction.
