1. Suitable for use in conjunction with AN-1350 organic flocculant

2. Certified standard for drinking water applications

3. Compatible with all brands and materials of reverse osmosis membranes, including Dow, Hydranautics, CSM, Toray, GE, and Huitong.

4. Effectively controls scaling of inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and barium sulfate. Under acid-free conditions, the LSI allowable value is 3.0 without scaling.

5. Good tolerance to iron and aluminum ions. Does not form insoluble substances by coagulating with iron/aluminum oxides or silicon compounds.

6. Inhibits silica polymerization and deposition, allowing SiO? concentration in the concentrate stream to reach up to 290 mg/L.

7. Can be dosed directly or after dilution to suit systems of different scales.

8. Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5–10.

Usage Instructions

AN-1150 reverse osmosis membrane scale inhibitor is a liquid scale inhibitor/dispersant used to control scaling and fouling in membrane separation systems. The application of this product can extend the cleaning cycle and service life of RO equipment, effectively prevent RO fouling, and control product water quality. This product has been widely used in reverse osmosis systems.
