I. Product Overview

Squaric acid lithium composite lithium supplement is a composite material of lithium squarate and carbon black. As a cathode additive for lithium-ion batteries, it decomposes after formation to release lithium ions, replenishing the active lithium ions consumed during formation. It functions to extend battery life and enhance the capacity of certain battery types (such as LFP batteries). Compared to similar products, it offers advantages including excellent environmental stability and no residual byproducts after reaction. This product releases carbon dioxide gas while reacting to release lithium ions and must not be used in batteries without gas storage or venting design.
