I. Performance and Uses

During the operation and circulation of the cooling and chilled water systems in central air conditioning, various biological slimes and scales are generated. Analysis shows that because cooling towers are exposed to sunlight and air for extended periods, substantial algae and biological slime develop. Their metabolic byproducts and secretions lead to the formation of a layer of biological slime scale in pipelines and condensers. HL-504 is used to clean microbial slime in central air conditioning units and cooling/chilled water pipelines. It is a specialized product developed specifically for removing bacterial and algal slime in central air conditioning systems.

III. Usage Method

The dosage is generally 300-500 mg/L, with the total amount added to the system at once. Continue this dosing method for 2-3 consecutive days. After the initial dosing, begin regular maintenance dosing after an interval of 5-7 days. Based on the holding water volume, add 200g per ton of water.

IV. Packaging and Storage

Packaged in plastic barrels, 25KG/barrel, 200KG/barrel, or as required by the customer. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area. Shelf life is ten months.

V. Safety and Protection

Observe labor protection measures during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
