Installation Requirements:

1. The filter must be installed at the outlet of the pump, and a check valve must be installed at the outlet of the filter to prevent sudden backpressure caused by water stoppage, which could damage the filter screen.

2. The pipeline network for equipment installation should ensure stable pressure and operate within the designed pressure range of the equipment.

3. The equipment should be installed horizontally, and the discharge outlet must not face upward (if upward installation is necessary, a discharge pump must be added). Minimize the use of elbows during installation to ensure smooth drainage.

4. A bypass valve should be installed between the inlet and outlet of the filter for use during system malfunctions or maintenance.

5. Pressure gauges must be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the equipment to monitor system operating pressure and pressure loss.

6. A sampling and venting valve should be installed on the outlet pipeline of the equipment to facilitate sampling of filtered water during debugging and venting the equipment before long-term shutdown.

7. A maintenance space of 1 meter should be reserved around the equipment during installation.
