This production line adopts a closed-loop circulation system, which simultaneously performs ultra-fine crushing and moisture control of lithium iron phosphate within the closed-loop system through methods and devices for crushing and classification. It fully encloses the conveying and crushing systems for lithium iron phosphate production.

The crushing system is equipped with a graded impact mill, utilizing the material's inherent temperature to maintain the entire closed-circuit crushing system in a dry and slightly warm environment for material crushing. The lithium iron phosphate is crushed through high-speed impact, shearing, and friction by the hammer head. Under the negative pressure of the system and the centrifugal force of the classification wheel, qualified materials pass through the classification wheel into the dust collector for collection, while unqualified materials return to the crushing zone under centrifugal force for further crushing. This process repeats to achieve the purpose of crushing and classification. The gas containing the finished product undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, after which the gas enters the return air duct. The return air duct is equipped with a cooler to control the system temperature. After passing through the cooler, the return air goes back to the fan for the next cycle. This system addresses the issue of intermittent product drying during lithium iron phosphate production, saving energy and reducing production costs. There are no dead corners inside the equipment, and key components are protected and isolated based on the characteristics of the crushed material, ensuring material purity.
