The LUGB series intelligent vortex flowmeter is mainly used for flow measurement of medium fluids in industrial pipelines, such as gases, liquids, steam, and other media. In addition to the characteristics of the aforementioned vortex flowmeter, it also has the following features:
1. High integration, no external power supply required, displays instantaneous flow and cumulative flow on-site, low power consumption, lithium battery can operate continuously for over a year.
2. Rich software functions, preset temperature and pressure values, automatically uses set values for compensation in case of input disconnection or errors.
3. Anti-theft, integrated structure, internal battery power supply, parameter password locking, and other functions effectively prevent deviations in cumulative values caused by human or accidental factors.
4. High protection level, due to the integrated structure, the instrument's protection level can reach IP68.

Detailed Description

The intelligent vortex flowmeter is a new generation of high-quality intelligent instrument developed using international digital integration technology and based on the actual needs of domestic industrial automation control. The sensor uses piezoelectric crystals as detection elements, making it a new stress-type intelligent flow measurement instrument suitable for flow measurement of various gases, steam, and liquids. The instrument has advantages such as pulse and current signals proportional to flow, RS-485 communication output, and ease of integration with computers. The flowmeter uses a detection probe and vortex generator installed separately, and the high-temperature-resistant piezoelectric crystal does not contact the medium, so the instrument has a simple structure, good versatility, and high stability.
