First, the frame is made of high-quality 40*40mm seamless steel tubes, treated with rust removal, phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing. It is waterproof, wear-resistant, and heat-resistant, significantly enhancing the tabletop's load-bearing capacity. The table legs are equipped with protective sleeves to prevent noise and floor scratches.
Second, the workbench is made of 18mm density board with an anti-static rubber surface. The rubber thickness is 2mm, and the edges are finished with a half-round wooden trim.
Third, the secondary tabletop has a width of 300mm and is positioned 450mm above the main tabletop.
Fourth, it features a two-pole switch and a 3-position multifunctional power socket installed under the material table, with two sockets per board and a 4-part adhesive cable duct.
Fifth, the lamp frame is made of 30*30 iron square tubing, and the lighting uses T5 LED lamps, with two installed on each side.
Sixth, the work instructions are housed in an H-shaped aluminum alloy track, with each workstation equipped with one A4 film.
Seventh, the entire workbench is finished in computer white.
