Production Line Overview

This production line includes processes such as fuel cell stack loading, end plate sub-assembly, pipeline sub-assembly, air compressor assembly, circulation pump assembly, pipeline & system wiring assembly, accessory assembly, airtightness testing, and power-on testing, completing the assembly and production of various components of the engine system. It consists of ergonomically designed standard workstations, fuel cell stack loading fixtures, sub-assembly stations, airtightness testing, and electrical performance testing systems.

The entire line is managed through an MES system, featuring online SOP displays, data collection, data storage, data analysis, and full-process traceability to achieve digital and intelligent production.
