The imported brass solenoid valve is an actuator used in industrial process automation control systems. Upon receiving an electrical control signal, it can automatically open or close the valve to control the on/off or flow regulation of fluid media in pipelines, thereby automatically adjusting or remotely controlling parameters such as temperature, flow, and pressure within the system.
It is suitable for media such as air, water, and oil, performing two-position on/off switching for automatic control of liquid level, concentration, flow, metering, or discharge cycles. The solenoid direct-acting valve opening structure allows zero pressure differential opening. Diaphragm sealing ensures sensitive operation and reliable opening and closing.

Normally Closed: When the coil is energized, the solenoid core engages, the pressure relief port opens, and the main diaphragm is pushed by the media pressure to open the main valve port, allowing media flow. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port closes, stopping the media flow.

Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the solenoid core engages, the pressure relief port closes, and the main diaphragm is pushed by the media pressure to close the main valve port, stopping the media flow. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port opens, allowing media flow.

1. This valve adopts a ball valve structure to enhance sealing performance and extend service life.

2. The coil is energized instantaneously, avoiding the risk of coil burnout and failure to operate due to prolonged energization common in traditional solenoid valves.

3. There are no requirements for media flow direction; both ports of the solenoid valve can serve as inlet or outlet.

4. Due to its straight-through structure, there are no requirements for media cleanliness.

5. There are no requirements for inlet or outlet working pressure; it operates normally within a pressure range of 0 to 2.5 MPa.

6. During operation, both internal and external circuits must work together to change the valve's open or closed state. Therefore, even if an external switch signal malfunctions, the valve will not operate incorrectly as long as the internal circuit is normal.
