2. Working Principle:

Definition: The valve is closed by electromagnetic force and manually reset to open or close, i.e., electrically closed, manually opened or closed.

During normal operation, the gas safety solenoid valve does not require power to remain closed. In the event of a gas leak alarm, only a 2-second instantaneous pulse power signal is needed to quickly close the solenoid valve, ensuring energy efficiency and safety. The power supply can be DC 24V or AC 220V.

When manually opening the valve, lift the handle upward to move the sealing assembly upward, placing the valve in the open state. Simultaneously, the mechanical locking mechanism engages to keep the valve in the open position. To close the valve, briefly supply power to the closing coil. The resulting electromagnetic force disengages the mechanical lock, and the sealing assembly returns downward under the force of the reset spring, placing the valve in the closed state.

In the absence of power, the manual closing handle can be used to close the valve instead of electromagnetic force, with the action process being the same as the electromagnetic closing process described above.

Normally Closed Type

1. Purpose:

The normally closed series safety solenoid valve is a safety device in gas transmission and distribution systems. It is installed on the high and medium-pressure sides of gas regulator boxes and stations, on medium-pressure pipelines in urban gas transmission and distribution system underground corridors, and on the main intake pipelines of gas systems where medium-pressure gas directly enters buildings such as boiler rooms and residential facilities. It is connected to gas detection alarms. In the event of a gas leak or unexpected power outage, the valve quickly closes to cut off the gas supply, preventing gas accidents and ensuring user safety.
