The valve core adopts a stainless steel piston design, where the piston ring is not prone to jamming due to impurities in the medium, thereby enhancing the valve's lifespan and reliability. It supports continuous frequent operation, offers high dynamic sealing performance, and has a long service life.

Primarily used in various medium-temperature, high-temperature, normal-pressure, and high-pressure applications, it is suitable for the automatic control of pipelines carrying medium- and high-temperature hot water, heat transfer oil, high-temperature steam, saturated steam, and superheated steam. Widely applied in medical devices, garment equipment, petrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, HVAC, electroplating and coating, drying equipment, rubber and plastic machinery, food and beverage, papermaking, printing and dyeing, and power and mining industries, it is the preferred product for automation control engineering, project upgrades, and equipment matching.

Normally Closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot port opens, the upper chamber of the valve depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via the spring, the pilot port closes, and the valve chamber pressurizes through the piston throttle orifice along with the thrust of the reset spring, closing the solenoid valve.

Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the pilot port closes, and the upper chamber of the valve pressurizes through the piston throttle orifice along with the thrust of the reset spring, closing the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via the spring, the pilot port opens, the upper chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve.
