Jiangsu Fubia Chemicals Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Fubia) was established in 2010 and is located in the Binhai Coastal Industrial Park in Yancheng City. On August 26, 2021, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem International (Holdings) Co., Ltd.

      Fubia is an enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of specialized chemical additives. It operates three main business segments: new materials, fine chemicals (pesticide/pharmaceutical intermediates and pesticides), and contract manufacturing. The company primarily produces a variety of additive products, including ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, polymerization inhibitors, and antioxidant series.
