BTS-2002 Battery Integrated Tester

The basic functions of this tester include:

1. Quick Detection of Battery Static Parameters.

1.1 Battery voltage detection (can automatically wake up lithium batteries that are in a protected state)

1.2 Battery internal resistance detection

1.3 Battery rechargeability detection

1.4 Battery discharge performance detection

1.5 Battery overcurrent detection (only for lithium batteries)

1.6 Battery short-circuit protection function detection (only for lithium batteries)

1.7 Detection of battery internal identification resistor 1 (or thermistor)

1.8 Detection of battery internal identification resistor 2 (or thermistor)

1.9 For the above detectable values, upper and lower limits can be set for quick screening.

1.10 Communication chip test for batteries with communication chips (currently only for DS2502 compatible chips)

2. Battery Capacity Detection.

Based on the selected battery type, number of cells in series, and battery capacity, the most appropriate voltage and current are automatically selected to perform a complete charge and discharge test. During the discharge process, the actual capacity of the battery is calculated, providing a strong reference for judging battery performance.

3. Independently Selectable Battery Charging Function.

When this function is selected, the tester can be used as a multifunctional smart charger for various types and configurations of rechargeable battery packs, greatly facilitating battery use and testing. During charging, the charging time and the amount of charge already delivered (displayed in mAH) are shown in real time.

4. Independently Selectable Battery Discharge Function.

When this function is selected, the tester can discharge a battery individually while controlling the discharge cutoff voltage, avoiding the drawback of over-discharge commonly associated with using electronic loads or resistors for discharge. This is highly suitable for factory testing of battery products and is very user-friendly. Simply select the battery type, voltage, and capacity to initiate the smart discharge program and safely perform the discharge operation.
