Product application
This variety is a strong greenish yellow, similar to the monoazo pigment Pigment Yellow 3; it has satisfactory light fastness, good heat and solvent resistance, and is suitable for solvent-based metal decorative printing inks; in alkyd melamine coatings, the light fastness is grade 6-7; it is more heat-resistant than other benzidine yellow varieties; in polyolefins (260℃/5min), bleeding occurs in the coloring of soft PVC at low concentrations, and the light fastness of rigid PVC (1/3 SD) is grade 7; it can also be used for the mass coloration of acetate fibers and coating printing pastes. It is mainly used for coloring coatings, paints, printing inks, and plastic products.
