Description

The intelligent regulating pneumatic diaphragm valve is a microprocessor-based valve opening regulator. The valve opening can be remotely set via 0/4-20mA or 0-5/10V signals. The positioner utilizes automatic control algorithms and PWM control technology to achieve fast and accurate adjustment of the valve opening. The proportional regulating positioner can be combined with various pneumatic valves to form a proportional regulating positioning valve, meeting the requirements for precise control of fluid flow in various applications.

Working Principle

The sensor detects parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the medium in real time and transmits this information to the controller.

The controller controls the pneumatic actuator based on preset control strategies. If flow adjustment is required, the controller sends a signal to drive the pneumatic actuator, which moves the diaphragm to change the valve opening, thereby achieving flow regulation.

When the medium parameters reach the preset target values, the controller stops controlling the pneumatic actuator, keeping the valve at its current opening to maintain stable flow, pressure, or temperature.

Structural Composition

Valve Body:

Typically made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or cast iron to meet the requirements of different media.

The interior of the valve body is designed with fluid channels for the flow of the medium.

Diaphragm:

One of the key components, usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as rubber or fluoroplastic.

The diaphragm divides the interior of the valve body into two chambers, and the opening and closing of the valve are achieved by controlling the position of the diaphragm.

Pneumatic Actuator:

Composed of a cylinder, piston, push rod, etc., it drives the diaphragm movement through the action of compressed air.

Enables fast and accurate valve control.

Intelligent Control System:

Includes sensors, controllers, actuators, and other components.

Sensors are used to detect parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the medium and transmit this information to the controller.

The controller precisely controls the pneumatic actuator based on preset control strategies to achieve intelligent regulation of the valve.
