Main performance of imported German standard diaphragm valves
1. Excellent airtightness with no external leakage. The valve body and cover are separated by a diaphragm, preventing the upper valve cover, stem, and other components from being eroded by the medium. There is no external leakage or contamination of the fluid by external air.
2. Outstanding corrosion and chemical resistance. By combining various lined valve bodies (such as rubber and fluororesin) with a wide range of diaphragm materials, valves suitable for various fluid specifications can be manufactured, offering better cost-effectiveness than special alloy materials.
3. The diaphragm contacts the valve disc, and the stem moves up and down to drive the diaphragm into contact with the weir, thereby blocking the flow path. When the diaphragm is not in contact with the weir, it provides a certain throttling effect. The short stroke reduces the requirement for diaphragm flexibility, and there are no dead corners where media can accumulate.
